Carrabba's Italian Grill

This is the best Carrabas we have ever been to. Melissa the manager is incredible & runs a great operation. Steve the bartender who only works tues/weds/thurs is one of the best bartenders we have ever seen and with Old school service the best ever. Steve has been there 20+ years. He is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go see Steve and or the manager Melissa and enjoy. They cook us any customized dish we want and it’s always so fresh. The steaks here are excellent as well. We eat at top steakhouses every week but alaways a pleasure getting a filet or 10 oz sirloin here as their grill and season is awesome. Cheers!

There are restaurants with servers—and then there are restaurants with servers! I’ve been coming to the Pompano Beach location for over three years, and I often see the same friendly faces, from the host stand to the servers and beyond. The staff is consistently welcoming and always ready to help you find the perfect meal. Sometimes I dine solo (not my favorite), and other times I’m joined by friends or family. Tonight, I was lucky to have three close friends with me—and we were even luckier to have Celeste as our server. She was warm, social, and made us feel completely at home. Drinks and refills arrived without us ever having to ask, and she kept the energy light and fun with her humor. The food, as always, was delicious—but the service made the experience truly exceptional.

Today I came to Carrabba’s on my lunch break with my husband and our coworker, and once we walked in, we were greeted by a manager who was standing as the hostess, and then we were seated at a booth that wasn’t the correct size for the party of three, it was a lot smaller than what we would needed. So we moved to a bigger table with the help of the manager, Melissa, who turned around our whole entire experience by making sure we got excellent service. Our food came out rapidly along with a great wine recommendation that I ended up have 2 glasses of the The prisoner, wine red blend. Definitely come back from Melissa. Food was alright besides my steak that came in this trio type deal. I asked my server Alex if the grill person was good here and he said yeah they do a good job with temps. I ordered my steak med rare, my steak came out medium well. The Service kind of sucked. We had to ask for refills and for more bread twice because they forgot about us. It wasn't busy, pretty disappointing.
