Carrabba's Italian Grill

I am writing this review to share my wonderful experience with Carrabba's Italian Grill regarding a Meet and Greet I hosted on February 13th.2026 With 60 guests to accommodate, I was initially quite overwhelmed. However, the Assistant Manager Breanna was absolutely incredible from start to finish, helping me plan and organize every detail leading up to the event. I also want to specifically commend the four servers who assisted us: Stashia, Jose, Anthony, and Mark. Their professionalism was beyond expectations. They were extremely polite and handled a large party with ease. Many of my guests commented on how perfect the service was and how friendly and professional the staff remained throughout the night. the food was excellent and every guest mentioned how much they enjoyed their meal. Do yourself a favor and ask for Anthony - server pictured with our family! Fantastic server with a great attitude and accommodating service. The food was carefully prepared and artfully presented. Best chicken Parmesan I’ve tasted in years - even better than some artisan Italian places I have visited. Wine selection was good. And this brand new location did an amazing job helping us to celebrate the gender reveal of our second grand baby on our son’s second anniversary. With no notice, the kitchen managed to inject cheesecake with a pink filling to make the reveal a surprise success! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here last night, especially their Filet and Shrimp Toscana! The steak was so tender it melted in my mouth, and the shrimp was incredibly flavorful! The Caesar salad on the side was the best I've ever had, and the complimentary bread was hot and delicious. The pomegranate martini and red sangria had great flavor. Our server, Jason, was extremely attentive and friendly, delivering excellent service. Overall, this restaurant is definitely worth returning to.

The staff are exceptionally attentive and noticeably teaming up on all clients. Constantly checked up on us and our main server, Antonio, opened up by calling us “family”, which immediately made us feel welcomed and at home. Food as usual is great and the ambience is so inviting. The welcome wine tasting is always a plus which introduced us to featured wine of the day. Will definitely come back to this branch. Hope they maintain this quality of service and food.

The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and stylish, and from the moment we walked in, customer service was top notch. Our server, Mandy, was phenomenal. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and so helpful when recommending menu items. Right away she asked if we had any allergies something many places overlook. It truly felt like they cared from the very start. We enjoyed the Chicken Bryan and the Tuscan Grilled Ribeye. The steak was unbelievably delicious…perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked exactly how we ordered it.
