My husband and I have been twice, once for dinner and once for brunch. Both times our experience was exceptional. The restaurant has a clean, calm and intimate environment. The menus (brunch, dinner, cocktail) have many unique and fun choices. Pricing is very reasonable when you consider the quality of all that you receive. We had the same waitress twice- Kenzie. She is absolutely wonderful. Kind, lots of fun, attentive, friendly and very helpful. She has gone above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal both times. We will always come back and we will always send people this way. In our opinion this is the best restaurant in Salisbury & the surrounding areas.

I had an excellent Saturday night dinner here. The ribeye is absolutely to die for. They allowed me to sit on the patio with my dog. The service was excellent. I would recommend making reservations.

I had lunch at Carpe Vinim 121 ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Expecting the normal dry tasteless chicken but it turned out to be the most tender best tasting grilled chicken sandwich I've ever had. The French fries as a side were cooked to perfection, crispy but not dry. Service was excellent and always kept my sweet tea topped off. I will definitely return for lunch next time I'm in town and will be checking out the dinner menu expecting the same awesome food and service! .

This place is fabulous! The food is incredible. Bar with a huge selection, great mixed cocktails and attentive and knowledgeable servers. The food is by far the best in the area with a changing menu based on season. The best ribeye steak I've had in a very long time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and top notch service. The owners take pride in this restaurant and it shows. They care about their patrons! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great atmosphere, excellent service and phenomenal food! Thank you for having this exceptional restaurant in the Salisbury area!

Amazing! As wonderful as everything was, the short rib special is a dish we’ll be thinking about for a while. Our waitress, Samantha, was so kind and knowledgeable without making the night feel too fancy for us. The chef and owner both stopped by the table and seemed to genuinely want our night to be the best it could be. Great cocktails as well! Loved it!
