If you are in town...this place is tough to beat on a great plate of food. Enjoy!!
Breakfast absolutely delicious. Waitress was very nice. Great small town diner with Amazing Food !!
If you need comforting southern home cooking in your life, then stop here. This place has all the traditional southern side items and a plethora of desserts, and the chicken and dressing is delicious. Their hours are on the earlier side, but if you need a hearty meal at a steal of a price then check it out. If you catch their breakfast (before 10:30, I believe), their homemade gravy is really good. They do not accept credit or debit cards. There's an ATM at Huck's across the street or the bank a few blocks south. I don't think this would be a good pick for vegetarian or vegan eaters. There are lots of vegetable side items but I wouldn't count on them being free from bacon fat, bacon, butter, etc.
It always good when we eat down there the waitresses are always so nice and polite we love it
Loved the country style food. Plenty to pick from at a fair price. I recommend this restaurant we will go back every time we are in Bardwell.
