Carminuccio's Pizza & Subs

So I wanted to try this place because I asked my fellow neighbors on the next door app which pizza in the surrounding towns is the best. A LOT of them recommended this place!! It's a pricey pizza, but it's DAMN DELICIOUS. We ordered a large with black olives and half pepperoni. I hate the crust on pizzas and promise I -never- eat it, but I have to say... this.. was.. the BEST. Perfectly cooked. Whoever made the pizza yesterday evening (7/16/25) should make it all the time. Give that person a raise holy moly.. The olives were perfect. What brand are they?? The pepperoni was perfect. Crust -10/10. *chef kiss*. I WILL SPEND the money for this one!! Thank you!

Updated: Aye t̾e̾r̾p̾y̾fam ya guy has been pulling up to Carmy's for a lonnnng ahh time and they used to be one of the best, if not the best pie in fairfield county.... but they have slowly downgraded over the years to where they are at now, not even the best pie in their own town. I mean the flavors are still there and the quality of the cheese might not be what it was but man they got to get a better cook on the crust or something cuz the flop is brutal And the consistency per slice is off. Overall its a high 6 when it used to be an easy 8 plus'r. **Pic from before and video from recently to show the difference

Skimp on bacon Slightly disappointed - I've been going here for 20+ years, and their pizza is always top tier. Recently however, when I order a 1/2 bacon pizza, it'll clearly be less than 1/2 bacon. The 2nd time this happened I politely brought it up with the cashier, who bluntly told me i was wrong. Pictures below, decide for yourself

They have the best pizza and stuffed breads in the area. I have had their cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and their broccoli and sausage stuffed breads, they were all made fresh and very delicious. They have several tables inside and a nice outside dining area but it is more of a "to go" type of place. Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Food was exceptional. Didn't know what to think when I got there but I was super impressed. Reminds me of an off the beaten path dive. But, let me say the food is worth the trip! A+ and yes the slices are massive!
