Carmichael Pizza & Steaks

I like this spot. The set up is nice. The service provided is great. The food and it's presentation is good. I think businesses at this location doesn't get the best traffic. I think they should add something to the menu to make them stand out...maybe smoothies , seafood, desserts, etc... I

My experience was unacceptable. My order was completely ruined. I ordered cheese fries and received regular fries, ordered ketchup on two cheesesteaks and received ketchup on neither. I don't know what type of steak it was but it was rubbery and I had to spit it out multiple times. I am disgusted. The customer service was not that well either. I called back to inform them of their mistakes and did not get an apology or a solution.

Good food. I've ordered from here as a pick up, and delivery, is also quick with good food. Staff is friendly, and Pizza shop is clean. Would definitely order from here again. Love their Chicken Cheese steaks.

This was my first time ever in this location. The person taking my order was very nice. And he also was the cook.. but the food was not so much to my liking when it comes to taste.

MY FOOD WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! i ordered some food for 4th of july to share with some friends. knowing its the 4th, i knew my order would come later than usual. after two hours of waiting, i decided to call in and see when i'd be getting my food. NO ANSWER. i called about TEN TIMES over the course of another hour and never got an answer. i would up having to go through grubhub to have my order cancelled. i can only pray that i will not be charged for this complete lack of a meal. do not order here if you want to eat food, because you will not be given food.
