Carmen's Sabor Latino

Tonight’s dinner was absolutely delicious! This is authentic Puerto Rican cuisine — amazing job, Carmen! The arroz con gandules with beef stew and chicken stew brought me right back to my mom’s cooking. The empanadas were fantastic too — love the creative twist with the Thanksgiving empanada!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LATIN FOR MILES!!!!! We met Carmens today and what a wonderful slice of heaven she has facing thr mountain. Now the food is that authentic pueto Rican food to the bone. Tons of flavor, plenty of seaso6 and made with love. She even showed us the jail across the street , very sweet lady with a very wonderful establishment THANKS AGAIN CARMEN WE LOVED IT

All my Puerto Rican family that used to cook for me are long gone. Carmens food is the best. I get arroz y gandules con habicheulas y verduras. Holy smokes - it's always so hot and delicious. Feels like home. Can't beat the mountain views. It's a great place to visit after a hike with the dogs. I always pay for some pernil for my fur babies.

I called prior to going there being i would have to drive one hour to get there. The place did not disappoint me and my wife at all. Definitely worth the drive and I would without a doubt visit again and recommend to anyone.

I had two different combos today, both stewed and coconut chicken. It was the best chicken I ever tasted, super tender chunks of chicken. BEST food truck ever. It’s a unique spot for the small town and a great way to introduce Puerto Rican food. Prices are good for the portions and nice people. I would pick this over any over priced fast food. I would recommend Carmen sabor Latino! 🥥🍗
