I've been here twice in the past few days, and my experience definitely improved the second time around. On my first visit, I tried the cheesesteak—while the portion size was enormous, the flavor didn't quite hit the mark for me. However, my second visit changed my perspective. I ordered the roast beef sandwich, and it was incredible—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The roll and cheese complemented it perfectly, making it a melt-in-your-mouth kind of meal. The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. Ordered online and delivery. R/Beef hoagie extra meat and an Italian hoagie extra meat both with mayo no oil. The R/b wrapping was soaked in oil and if I got extra meat then what they give as regular meat must be like three slices. The Italian was loaded with lettuce and an extreme amount of onions. The R/b had only two slices of tomato easily detected due to very minimal amount of lettuce and onion. So it was build your own hoagie day. I called to express my disappointment but was told the owner/ manager whom I requested to speak with was busy and he would call me back within an hour. At the time of this post 4am the next day I'm still waiting for the call. If you feel like ordering from this place go elsewhere if you still wish to order from Carmen's then avoid the R/b it looked tired t

We ordered 2 Italian hoagies and an order of mozzarella sticks, everything was delicious. Highly recommend and definitely will be back. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is how you run a successful business! Quality food and caring workers. Thank you

This place always has the best sandwiches and bakery items. (obv cause of the bread) Today I got the Kaiser Roll Egg, Cheese, Sausage and Bacon Breakfast Sandwicy. So tasty. Hit the spot immediately. Their cheesesteaks are unreal too, the onions sit carmelized on the grill all day, such good flavor and the roll is to die for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place has gone down in a really short time. Last few months it seams like. The meat in this hoagie is so damn thick you can’t even enjoy it ! And there is like way less meat because they are slicing it so damn thick. This hoagie I got today is just sad ! I will need to go to the harden heights location and see if they have fallen off as well. This hoagie sucks ! Where the heck is the lettuce ? Just sad ! If I lived closer I’d take it back
