Carlucci's Brick Oven Trattoria & Pizzeria

I came here today after being introduced by a friend and I am honestly so glad I did. This place deserves way more recognition than it gets. Knowing it is Italian owned and operated made the experience even better and you can feel that pride the moment you walk in. We kept it simple because that is how you judge real pizza. Classic cheese pizza and a cold Coca Cola. The sauce was absolutely perfect and immediately reminded me of my Nonna’s cooking. Coming from Italian heritage myself and being a Massachusetts native, this pizza truly felt like home. It was comforting in the best way. The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and still somehow very nostalgic. The location is surrounded by great little walkable spots and on a nice day the outdoor seating is beautiful and relaxing. Antonio was great. The food is awesome. I dont eat Italian because I am Italian. But this was an exception. Ill eat here again and again. Best Italian food. We started eating before I was able to take pictures. Lol

Went for dinner with my son and family. The food was ok, the alfredo a bit on the heavy side, the meat lovers pizza was good, and the prosciutto arugula also. What was a bit disappointing was the server. No smile, not particularly friendly or talkative. Cute little place with decent food but I would expect a friendly mamma type of service, which would make it great. Maybe she just had a bad day... I'll give it another shot, but would only order pizza. Oh, almost forgot, the garlic bread buns were absolutely amazing!
