The atmosphere was sad. The girl that took my order was nice. Had a good attitude, but the lady that brought me the food which I asked before I even grabbed the bag is everything there she said yes so I took the bag looked in. This would be the third time I was missing one of my sandwiches so then I told the lady which she kept telling me know everything‘s there and I said no, it’s not. I’m looking at it right now. I started to tell her this is the third time that I got shorted the other two times I drove all the way to my house before I noticed. She told me she was shortstaffed. I said that’s not a reason to forget sandwiches. She said she’s super busy and being condescending about it. I am really happy that there is a Carl's Jr. in this location. However, the problem is that it's not easy to access. The entrance to the parking lot is blocked off, which means that you have to drive down the freeway and make a U-turn to get in. Despite this, I'm still pretty pleased that both the Carl's Jr. and the location are available.

I recently went to the Carl's Jr. In White Hills AZ for lunch and had an extremely pleasant experience. The cashier Brianna R. was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. She was amazingly helpful and informative on all the questions I had. She allowed me to have a small sample of their strawberry lemonade slushy, which in turn I wound up getting. Her smile and happy demeanor left me feeling happy and appreciated as a customer.

This place was really bad the lady at the drive through was rude. And when we had to take our food back in because it wasn't what we ordered she had a bad attitude about her mistake. So when we did finally get our.correct order it was just thrown together however. So I will never eat here again!

The stop at your Carl’s Jr was a pleasure. We stopped here on our way back to Colorado for some body refueling and I noticed that all the people handling food had gloves on and the entire staff was very professional and polite. Belinda seemed to be the one in charge and everything was running so smoothly. If Belinda isn’t the manager, she should. The building inside was very clean and the food was awesome!!!
