Carl's Jr.

Had a coupon for 50% off of a nice burger. Added a small side of fried zucchini. Still came to almost $12. I know all the reasons for high fast food prices in CA, I just don't understand how most of them stay in business. Anyway the burger was pretty good when I got it home. The lady at the counter was nice, the place was empty, the drive-thru had a couple of cars.

This is my favorite carl’s jr for on. They serve your food hot n fresh the first crispy and overflowing. Not like other competitors fries almost about to be empty. Workers also friendly smiling at you and ask your order right away no wait

The workers were very friendly and helped me save $8.99 I had points that I didn’t know how to use and she took out the time to help me . Good customer service goes a long way .

I have just left a message to speak with the district manager. Tere and Ana, who take the orders, have really good customer service. Tere in particular is VERY sweet. I was able to request to speak with the cook, Maria, and I thanked her for my orders always being hot and delicious. Carl's blows Jack out of the water. Every single time I come to this Carl's the fries are fresh. I work nights, so the only rough part is they close at midnight. These 3 LADIES seem to take actual pride in their work, and their efforts and service make my food taste even more delicious and I look forward to rolling up to the window. You have something special going on at this store, sir. I hope that it can continue to be cultivated, and properly appreciated. Thank you very much to you all, and God bless you.

My visit was decent. Took 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. Apparently the only counter person was also managing the driveway. But ordering went smooth and my food was ready decently fast. In the past this Carls Jr was the worst I had been too. It had an odd smell and the employees were rather rude. But they have cleaned it up and seem to have a friendlier staff. Great strides in the right direction.
