Never had a problem here. Everyone there is nice. The burgers are delicious. My food is freshly made. And the only place that always gets my order correct. I do wish they had the Jalapeno Angus burger. 😢

I was nearby shopping and decided to buy some spicys and ordered to go when I got home I opened it up and I was not happy with wat i saw! The lettuce was OLD and soft with brown spots the chicken patty was old and dry and the food was warm It seemed to me like they just microwaved it frm leftovers from days ago! I live in 20 minutes away from this restaurant so I wasn’t going back! I am not happy and I will not be going here ever again

This place went to straighttt TRASH!!!! I remember when the breakfast was hot and delicious biscuits were maid at the restaurant now the food is cold Old soggy & disgusting Didn't have time to go back and return it since I was late for work!!!!! Or else I would have this place has gone toooo trash!

Went into order stood at the counter. The 2 workers just sat on chairs didn't ask if I was ready or anything. Kind of crazy time was 320 pm. I go here all the time, usually a young kid is the counter help he's great. The lady who looked like she needs a bath and the tall guy today need a reality check. Sad when employers employe people who don't want to work.

Stopped by the Carl’s Jr drive-thru with a simple order: Famous Star, Waffle Fries, and Coke Zero. What I actually got: Diet Coke, a box of dull looking regular fries, and a gray-matter filled burger that felt…more like an Emmet Kelley painting. The receipt came to $15, which works out to be about a dollar a bite. I'm pretty sure I don't pay $1 a bite at the nearby steakhouse. On the brighter side, it was a funny kind of disappointing. So while the meal wasn’t exactly what I expected, at least it gave me a story and a smile.
