Carl’s Jr.

During our visit today, we were quite disappointed with the behavior of the cashier, Berenice. She seemed completely indifferent toward both us and other customers. While we were trying to place our order, she was busy hugging and laughing with other employees instead of assisting us. Such conduct feels unprofessional and greatly diminishes the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that service quality is improved in the future.

Yes they do take the EBT. No WiFi for customers. No bathroom for customers. The first ever Carl's Jr with no bathroom. Days later returned for a Big Angus Big Carl. Steak quality flavor. Days later I ordered it again. It didn't taste the same, it was like the regular Carl's Jr hamburger meat. Makes you wonder. 🤔

The supervisor Berenice was extra nice and helpful we come from Mexico and I will let my family about this Carl’s Jr so when they come they visit this Carl’s Jr thank you for s great service

Just be careful with this kind of things. I found a metallic piece of scrup on my fries. I used to work on FastFood and I know the struggle. Just be careful next time because this one on the wrong hands they can use it in many ways.

stop in to Carl's jr. For a quick bite and had a great burger and crispy french fries and boy was I thirsty everything was great the food was delicious and fresh the place was very clean and service was on point. I enjoyed my food and stay at Carl Jr's during my San Diego visit .
