Carl's Jr.

I've come to this location so many times over the years and it's always been consistently good. I usually just use the drive thru but the service is always fast. Ambiance in this area is ok, due to the PCC being nearby and it helping the area be good. The food itself is always fantastic. The Big Carl is like a Big Mac, but better (and I am a huge Big Mac enthusiast). The limited-edition churro milkshake is fantastic btw, please give it a try if it's still available by the time you read this.

The food is very good, The servers are very friendly and the service is OK sometimes they could take too long because they don’t have too many employeess. However, the reason why I rated low is because the atmosphere is really dirty. And I have concerns of sanitation!

Tried Carl's Jr. for the first time coming from the NYC area. We were very disappointed. None of us enjoyed our burger. It had no TLC in it. It was flavorless. Will not recommend anyone to Carl's Jr. We enjoyed the In-N-Out burger tons better.

I visited the drive-through on January 10th around 10:30 PM and was really disappointed with my experience. The employee at the window seemed confused and unsure about my order, which unfortunately resulted in me receiving the wrong items. On top of that, the food quality was poor overall and the french fries were clearly old and stale, like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. I understand late night shifts can be tough, but getting an incorrect order with subpar food is frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to grab a quick meal. I expected better from Carl’s Jr. and hope this location can improve its consistency and attention to detail during evening hours.

I will not be going back to this Carl’s Jr. They have roaches. I ate my food in the car went back to get a refill on my drink. That’s when I noticed the roaches felt sick after eating my food.
