The food was great. The service was even better. London and the other employee (that i didnt catch her name) were both amazing. They had our food out to us quick, they brought it out to us, they kept checking to see if we needed anything. Definitely the best experience ive had at Carls Jr in a very long time. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Bring your own pickles day?? Darn it! I still go here cuz ya they have the best burgers & excellent employees! Burgers from here don’t give me a stomach ache!!! Love the variety! I use the app too.

The service Cookie provided went way above the normal fast food experience. Bringing out food out for us and checking up to make sure we didn’t need anything else and bringing us more condiments. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food joint.

Had the WORST experience at this Carl's Jr. I came here specifically for their biscuit and gravy combo. I've always had a wonderful experience with your biscuit and gravy anywhere else, but this place definitely needs to do way better! The gravy was not built to consistency and thick enough. It literally tasted like paste. I gave the service 3 stars because I got my money back, but please take this as feedback to do better!

Richard was a very awsome employee. He got my special requests exactly how I wanted. I had the Big Cheeseburger, onion rings, and a shake. Every thing was just as I had expected it to be. Every one in the car was very pleased with their order. We will be back again. Thank you Richard!
