I used a coupon to get a free single western cheeseburger with a purchase of the same one. It was good, I liked how quickly it was made. I only waited a couple minutes or so. The onion rings were a bit flattened inside the cheeseburger but it was fine.

Horrible customer service! The guy at the drive through was unprofessional because I insisted on paying by tapping my card instead of handing my card to him. Very suspicious he insisted on having my card in his possession when their machine allows for me to just tap it to pay. Also his name wasn't visible for me to see like it was being hidden on purpose from view. When I asked for a receipt he said he couldn't give me one because I tapped my card to pay which is very strange since other locations have given me a receipt. But the worst part is when I received my food and opened the box of tenders there was a nasty brown liquid at the bottom but the most disgusting part was a strange red mark that looked liked a blood stain on the inside of my tender box!! Drive thru order. 10/9 @10:52 am. One Big Carl Single. Super efficient and friendly employee at drive thru. No wait no one else in front of or in back of me. Burger delivered almost as fast as my change. Definitely not cooked to order. Not even re warmed. Zero seasoning no charbroiled flavor. Cheese even less warm. Big Carl sauce somewhere in the pile of lettuce falling out all over the place. Fast food yes. Fast food value no. That's about it. Near $8 w/tax for warming drawer style burger. Pretty sad

They do not honor the carls app. Nor will they help you understand it. They will just keep saying i dont know. Just go to a different one. Its not the cooks fault just poor customer service and very bad knowledge of their own job.
