I ordered from door dash and they didn’t have coffee they didn’t have regular milk and the chocolate milk is way past sale date not to mention it was warm. I’m not sure what’s going on but I think management needs to do better and get on top of things. I can’t give my kid expired warm chocolate milk…

I stopped here for lunch on my way to Seattle. Restrooms were clean,Dining room was spotless, drink machines shining and the associate TEX that took my order was top tier ! My food came out quick also!

I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito that was supposed to be large and turned out to be smaller than a Taco Bell soft burrito. It had maybe 3 to 4 pieces of meat and a half an egg in it and I paid eight bucks for it. And the gal at the window seemed like she didn’t want to work there. Super not happy!

Im a regular here, that brings our kids to eat and play. We really enjoy the staff here. We were just discussing of the 3 we go to, cda, state line and liberty lake. Thi one is our favorite because of the staff here. The others are great too, but the staff here and they are not new faces generally is really a plus. Theres a 4th store by safeway near the VA hospital, that can't be forgotten either! None of the 4 locations does our family have issues with. They are always very pleasant. Freddy's and 5 guys are our other 2 burger places we love, but thats the variety that each offers when we desire them too. Our kids are younger so the play place becomes their choice, not to mention "star chickens " as they draw them or try to simulate a telescope.

Our food was cold, I asked for my burger to be remade because it was literally cold and the cheese did not melt and they handed me a new burger with in seconds that was also cold and gross. Fries were cold. Service was horrible they all looked like they hated being there and one lady was wearing her huge winter coat while bagging items.. gross won't ever go there again! Don't waste your money
