Carl's Jr.

My boyfriend and I come here often but lately the service has been so poor. Tonight, we came to order our dinner in drive thru and as we finished ordering, the for taking our order sighed loudly and audibly over the headset and didn’t even try to hide her exasperation. The food is fine, but the service is gradually getting much worse. It really ruined our night, there was no need for the attitude when we were very civil and polite.

This is more of a review of Carl's Jr than this location. The corporation is greedy. The food is overpriced. The app is terrible and they offer little value to the customers. The food itself is decent compared to other fast food and that is really the only reason to go Carl's.. sadly no longer Worth what they charge.

So I don't go to fast food restaurants. I literally haven't been near one in many years. We just moved to Galt and we're at the C street shopping center and noticed this Carl's Jr. and on impulse decided to go in . Their was no stupid kiosk to tap on but a actual person to take my order. The person was friendly and polite and actually brought the food to our table. The hamburgers were sit down restaurant quality instead of the pathetic crap they serve at McDonald's and the place was clean. Definitely surprising and would consider going there again.

An older, but very well maintained Carl's Jr. location. Not even a trace of graffiti in the restroom, and that's saying a lot for central California! Got some excellent service from Fernando too 👍🏻🥇🏆

Went to Carls Junior in Galt today, July 24, and ordered a bacon/swiss/burger and a big thickburger and fries. Got a backon/swiss/chicken sandwich instead of burger, and it was burned black on one side. Prices for ala carte sandwiches and one fries were over $18!!!!! Absolutely will not ever go there, or probably any Carl's ever again.
