Never really leave reviews about fast food but felt like I had to in this case. We ordered 3 burgers and a kids meal. We got our food and I realized there were only 2 burgers and a kids meal in the bag. Told the guy that I was missing a burger. He then grabbed the bag back to the kitchen. He then came back with the bag and gave it to me. I left thinking everything was okay. Once I got home, I realized I still ONLY had 2 burgers and 1 kids meal. He had simply swapped one of the burgers out for the one that was missing. This spot is bit of a drive away from us and so it’s not often we go here but safe to say we were extremely disappointed especially considering we were charged $12 for the burger we never got.

Everytime its always excellent service even at 10:59pm. Shakes are great, zucchini fries fire and all the burgers delicious and exactly as expected compared to what you see on the menu!

In a pinch you can't go wrong with a Famous Star with cheese, no pickle, extra mayo, and zucchini on the side please!

I’ve been coming to this Carls Jr for over 25 years. Not really happy with the last times I’ve been there. It’s gets so expensive to eat out nowadays so the choices have to be more precise in what you actually want to eat. Today I paid $47 for my dinner. I had to take pictures of the big chicken fillet sandwich with mushy lettuce. Check this file out it should be called a flop. It’s flatter than most chicken breast that I’ve seen, it looks like a smashed out nugget. Not happy at all not happy at all. My grand daughter insisted on getting a hamburger there. Otherwise I would’ve gone to Wendy or McDonald’s. At least the food looks a little fresher. What’s good? The Diet Coke, the chocolate cake, and the strawberry cheesecake. French fries were limp like they were sitting around for a while
