It's nice to see the Area Manager behind the counter rocking lunch rush with his team! The staff is amazing at this location and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. Everyone is very friendly. This is the only place I eat at when I decide not to bring my lunch to work. Keep up the amazing service!

I was served by a sweet lady by the name of Tony today. She was so friendly and kind and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Great customer service and the food was good, too.

Never been inside at this location - have always used the drive through. But, service was pleasant/smiling and quick. Area was clean and comfortable. Food came out quick and was delicious. Thanks for a good experience.

Sandwiches are always perfect. Service is always nice. Wait can be a little long at busy times in the evening. Best and most consistent Carl's Jr I've been too cause a lot of the ones on the east coast are bad.

I always try very hard to be patient and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The last two times I have got to to this location my interaction has been strange. Last time I had to completely reorder at the last window as they did not have my order anymore. This time (04/25/25) I ordered the same thing I always do. A big carl no cheese this time I ordered a strawberry lemonade. The prder was repeated back to me correctly. I pulled up she started to hand me a plain lemonade I asked if it was just a "pump" if I could please have strawberry. She was nice and made it strawberry for me I thanked her and she gave me my bag of food. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I get home to Philomath to open the burger and it is ONLY cheese. Pretty frustrating to say the least. I can handle if they just
