I am not sure what position Yeimi holds at this location during night shift but whatever it is, she should be demoted. I ordered 5 meals to feed my family that night. She read them back to me and they all sounded correct. She had gave me all my food in one bag so I asked if it was all in there, to which she responded yes. I got home and noticed I was missing a burger. I drove back and let her know I was missing a burger. She decided to argue with me claiming the receipt I had in my car was not my order! She stated that about 7 times even though i was telling her everything on the receipt was correct & it was my order. I am bilingual but whispering to a coworker in a language that you’re not assisting me is not professional.

Been here 3x because I am working in the area and needed something quick. Nothing quick about this place. They’ll get your order wrong and you’ll have to go back or you’ll get overcharged and have to go back. Today is 11/7 and I ordered the $3.50 deal and they charged me 4.58 before tax. I asked for the refund and they gave me a dollar. I’ll be coming back for my 8 cents based on the principle

Jose was an amazing young man! We were in a sticky situation and he helped us out tremendously! Words can't describe the way he fixed our night! He deserves all the promotions and all the raises he can have! Thank you Jose night kitchen manager!!!

I ordered a burger at this Carl's Jr without bacon. Upon receiving my burger, I saw that it had bacon. When I notified the staff of the mistake, they proceeded to be rude. Naturally, instead of having them remake my burger, I requested a refund. I amnow awaiting the police to come make them refund me my money. Whoever it is that is working here on 9 /21/2025 thier customer service is terrible. I've been here before with good customer service, so I do not want to disparage the whole staff. But I'm dealing with a very bad situation right now.

This is an absolute terrible place to come to i was in front of somebody and instead of having my order ready, she goes and gives the food to the person behind me. Whatever employee working 12:30 to 1 o'clock? It needs to be talked to because that is absolutely truly bs. She should be fired. You dont go and and someone to park for 10 minutes just for you not to give the food, you guys should be fired and this place should needs to be shut down
