Carlos & Harley's Fresh-Mex and Bar

The restaurant was recommended to us by a waitress in another, less friendly place. We had a group of eight, we were seated right away; the restaurant has three dining areas. The quality of the food and service exceeded our exceptions. We came twice and had a great dining experience. Olive and Janelle were wonderful, attentive but not intrusive, even accommodating special request from one our group. The chef created tasty Tex-Mex entrees. Recommended.

This was my first time at Carlos & Harley’s and it was amazing! It was the best queso of my life! Chips were fresh, light, and crispy. Service was fast and very friendly. The shredded beef in my chimichanga was so tender. Presentations were on point! I’ll definitely be going back.

I took my two daughter in laws out for a nice lunch for some much needed decompression time With how hard they both work and take care of my grandchildren, it was so refreshing to have amazing food with such wonderful service. Our waitress was so prompt and efficient. Both of them didn't bring their driver's licenses, so they ordered some non alcoholic margaritas and were raving about how amazing they were. We ALL needed this. Thank you so much!!

The Carlos & Harley's Fresh-Mex and Bar restaurant is an Eden, Utah, town landmark. The original building was build as a General Store back in 1881 and is still a place of nostalgia and heritage. The restaurant has kept the rustic look and offers good mexican-style food. Ambiance, service and food are good. The plate of chips and salsa was good, but did not come as a compliment, you have to order and pay for them. It is a nice place to stop while driving to Huntsville, Nordic Valley, or Wolf Creek. Recommended.

It’s been a while since I have been in and the service was amazing from Alex, food was delicious and the atmosphere was spot on. Loved the little updates and great energy!! Thanks Alex for making my Birthday amazing! Even my Togo was super cute!
