Caribou Coffee

When picking up the food they looked at me multiple times without helping me. Once I got it they had my drink wrong (I ordered everything on the app) and the sandwiches we got were extremely thin and sad looking. We get the same sandwiches from Bismarck all the time and have never had a problem. When you’re paying 8 dollars for a sandwich you want it to be good. I am very disappointed.

5 stars for the service tonight! I visited on Feb 16th during the evening shift around 6:30pm was served by an amazing staff member. She was professional, polite, and went out of her way to be helpful. Excellent service like this is why I’ll be coming back. Management should definitely give her a shout-out

Last 2 times the coffee was so delicious I had to order extra this time since I live almost 1 hour away and Omg it was un drinkable... tasted like watered down syrup, and the lady pulled two coconut milk cartons and tossed into the trash so the rotten milk taste was most likely what was remaining from those 2 cartons...I couldn't believe how bad it was, unfortunately 3 XL coffees went down the drain along with the $25 spent, we didn't know until we got home so we couldn't inform the barrista.... very disappointed. I'll just make my own as normally done.

I stop at this location often traveling between Fargo and Bismarck. Really is a crapshoot on what you get. Today service was excellent but my burrito was cold. Croissant was heated to perfection.
