Caribou Coffee

I love this caribou location. They're always so friendly and do such a great job. I'll often call ahead to order a coffee canteen and it's always ready by the time I arrive. They are so accommodating and make sure I have everything I need. The space is also very nice to meet people or just relax for a bit.

They are very kind, bring food fast and my hot chocolate was exactly the way i wanted with the caramel. Everyone had a smile on there face very good customer service

I would give 0 stars if I could. Where to start? It took over fifteen minutes to get 1 coffee and two snacks, and we had to wait another 5 minutes for our second drink. I paid for an extra whip for both drinks and didn't even receive the standard amount. I also paid for 2 extra shots of espresso, which I also doubt they put into my drink. When I asked for the receipt, the cashier, Mayia, just went "okay" and didn't bother offering anything. Not a replacement drink for the ones they messed up, not a partial refund for the money I spent on product I didn't even receive. All she offered was the slamming of the window. Truly ridiculous that I tipped for substandard coffee and customer service. Clearly, I'll stick to your other locations as I don't think I can trust this one to even properly wa

We used the drive thru and ordered two drinks. There was one person at the window and no one between them and us. The wait time to order was excessive and I had to ask the lady to speak up. She never asked if I was a member. I also had to ask for the receipt because she didn't offer it. Then we find that one of the drinks was made wrong. Not good service and they made a drink wrong. I'm not impressed...

I made the decision to convert to Caribou Coffee from a mermaid-inspired coffee shop and I am forever grateful I did. This shop in Little Canada is a delight - especially the staff! Every morning I am greeted with a cheery voice and the most friendly, kind, patient, and welcoming staff. They make for a wonderful start to my day. I am grateful I found them and for the grand work they put into making everyone's day a bit brighter!!!
