They served great coffee and had my order ready right away.
Ordered a twist on one of their menu items and they made it PERFECTLY - I was half expecting them to overpower the substituted flavor with the normal flavors but was a perfect mix! Wonderful!
The staff is so friendly and extremely efficient at the Hermantown Caribou Coffee. I love going there! It makes such a difference to have great customer service; they truly make an effort. I just stop going to businesses where the staff is not trained to at least put some effort forth. These folks are awesome. Thank you!
The staff are super nice and friendly 😊!!! They enjoy serving folks with smiley faces.
Both my friend and I were given the wrong milks in our drinks. I even asked the barista to confirm they used the right milk and they said they did. They seemed very disorganized.
