Caribou Coffee

Just was there this morning to see what it was all about. I really didn’t know what to get but knew I needed pumpkin and something strong but not to overbearing. The lady was so very sweet and recommended me just what I wanted, great customer service she was so sweet and so patient with me. I also got a sandwich and a muffin both were so good and tasted very fresh, pumpkin muffin really tastes like fall. I will be coming here from now on going forward for a morning treat to start my day of right.

So I went Sunday morning around 7am and I would say everything I tasted was delicious. I ordered a Cinnamon Sugar Latte, and Maple Waffle Sandwich and the Just Egg wrap that tasted as good as it smelled.

Idk what “cold foam” is to them but we aren’t on the same page. I’m drinking bubbles and cinnamon powder. They also never put enough ice in their drinks. So bummed I used to really like coming here!

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 drinks, 2 cake pops and a cinnamon donut. I gave the guy at the window my card for the drinks and $5 cash tip. He took the tip and my card, then said he accidentally charged my card $5 tip as well. I said that was ok. However, then I was told they didn’t have the donut I ordered. I was asked if I wanted something else “on them”. Ummm, it wouldn’t be “on them” because I already paid for the $3 donut. I declined anything else and they still did not refund me for the donut. So essentially they made out with $10 tip and $3 of my money that I didn’t receive product for. Highly disappointed with the service provided at this location! The drinks were ok but not our favorite.

Love the hot chocolate here! They use real chocolate pieces that they melt and I always ask for extra. It comes out sooooo incredibly rich and truly chocolaty. It perks me up, helps hold over my appetite and gives me a boost better than coffee’s caffeine from the cocoa. So good! Super happy they finally opened a location closer to me here in DFW. I used to go to them up north in Minnesota. 🤤
