Caribou Coffee

I went through the drive-thru this morning. I had an amazing experience with Gauge this morning. He's very friendly and great at what he does. He also let me know that I didn't have to worry about paying for my drinks since he took care of it. Thank you so much! When I go to Caribou in the mornings, you're the one I look forward to seeing. You're always have a smile on your face and enjoy what you do. Wishing you the best on your travels.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It looks like the floors haven’t been cleaned for months. Trash can inside overflowing with trash spread about the floor. Looks like the vacuum broke months ago. Pools of water or coffee on the floor in the walkway. Melted drinks with condensation running down strewn about the order pickup counter. Coffee filters sitting next to the bucket which looks like it had a toilet brush in it… piled on an ice bin stored in the hallway. Display case for baked goods with crumbs and crud all over. Door to bathroom looks like never been wiped clean. Bathroom… disgusting.

Detroit Lakes is terrible. The morning hours are even worse. Sometimes your coffee ☕️ tastes like coffee, other times it doesn't. I ordered a dark roast that was so gross I couldn't drink it. I went back in to see if a light roast would taste any better after dealing with a very rude older lady. I could not drink that either. Feels like an added potion to make it taste off. I will not be returning to Detroit lakes location as this has happened way too many times now. I will continue to enjoy Caribou Coffee at other locations where it tastes like normal un-messed with coffee.

Horrible service and always slow or forgetting one of my drinks. Every time I leave this store in a bad mood. Have your employees go to fargo to learn how to be a good caribou employee.
