The food was not worth the money we spent very disappointing. A steak sandwich and chicharron was dry and tasted stale .

Food was great. Prices were great. People that work there were super nice and they were very patient with me.

Great Dominican food in this place. There are some more expensive places in the area, but this inexpensive place has the best tasting food. The Mangu is awesome, when you can get it. They run out of it freequently so get there early if you want some.

The neighborhood is bad. The store is good. The carry out food is good. I've been approached by hoods and prostitutes on the street outside the store. You need to know how to deal with them or you may have trouble. I get in and out as quickly as possible. The fried fish is awesome. Same for the potato balls, chicken, and pork.

El Caribe offers the best in Latin cuisine. Their food is fresh, all ingredients are original to the people's. The service is excellent. Lunch time gets pretty busy, so order ahead. Added bonus, there is a cashier window. Money orders and Money Grams, bill payments, checks cashed. Great for women on the go. Prices are reasonable, portions are really good.
