Old reheated food gave me food poisoning! Curry Chicken tasted weird and burnt. Mac and cheese was stiff, hard and stuck together. Plantains stiff and plain. Rice and Beans were watered down and overcooked without flavor. The vegetable medley were the frozen kind but was the best things on the plate. I tried, but I cannot support a business that's will serve food that should have been thrown out days ago. I suggest you follow the guidelines of safe serve for food handlers. Do better! Oh and practice washing your hands frequently, wearing gloves and touching everything without changing gloves spreads germs and contaminates food.
