Stopped by for a casual lunch, including a small work group lunch a few weeks ago, and it’s always a solid experience. I usually go with the coco bread, beef patties, jerk chicken with rice and peas, and mac and cheese, paired with a Kola Champagne on the side. The portions are perfect and well worth it. It’s definitely a place you can sit down and enjoy your meal, and in the evenings it gives off more of a lounge-style vibe. Very chill atmosphere with great music. The staff was friendly and helpful, which always makes the experience better.

I don’t typically like adding bad reviews and try to find what’s good, which was probably the cleanliness of the restaurant and staff friendliness. But….NEVER again would I order from here. This was my second time ordering food, last time it was curry goat which was HORRIBLE!. But I was in a rush and this was the closet Caribbean place opened. The food was extremely expensive. I think the lady purposely rung me up a certain way just to charge more money and I had no time to review the receipt and ask questions as I had family from out of town and needed to pick up food quickly and rush back home. I hate that I have to say this but please don’t come here…. The owner, Ryan, is so rude as is the female employee at the front desk. I am 9 months pregnant and ordered a “chicken patty”. They gave me a curry chicken patty. I politely stated that curry wouldn’t sit well with me and I was referring to the jerk chicken patty. They said they didn’t care and weren’t taking it back! Again, I’m 9 months pregnant and just wanted a $3 snack. I hadn’t even eaten the patty or had it in my hands for longer than 7 seconds. They said I have to keep what they gave me and I have to buy another one. I was appalled. How is it possible that I need to pay for an additional patty when you gave me the incorrect one?
