This place is great. My husband has been going here for years and has gotten me hooked. Portions are generous and the food is delicious, especially their plantains. There was a mixup with our order and the owner kindly fixed it quickly and efficiently without fuss. So thankful to have a lovely mom and pop so close by.

I ordered the 1/2 spicy pork 1/2 jerk chicken plate with rice and beans. Absolutely delicious! Strongly recommend this spot for takeout.

This place is TAKEOUT ONLY now, no dine in. Food comes out fast and hot. However, it is mediocre at best. Ordered chicken curry - - Not a whole lot of spice and flavors, even the extra hot sauce on the side tasted more like vinegar than chilli. Willing to give it another try... Maybe the jerk chicken is where they excel.

The food is fresh and delicious, the service is excellent, the owners are very friendly. If you don’t order ahead, you will have to wait a little bit, which is a good thing. This food is so fresh it taste like your grandma just whipped it up, except that is exactly what happened. They make everything mouthwateringly fresh and the food is sublimely delicious. For a whole $15 I have loaded, french fries with jerk beef with a portion size enough to last me three meals. You can go to Wendy’s and spend that much and get nothing. That’s the other thing about this place, the prices are incredibly reasonable. This is a family owned amazing place to go and the girl always has a smile on her face. Definitely don’t miss this place! Your loss if you do!! Yummmmm

I’ve never had this kind of food before but this is hands down the best food we’ve had in VB so far. We’ve been living here just under 6 months and it’s just exactly the kind of flavorful food we’ve been looking for. Even my 11 month old son loved it, can’t wait to come back & try more. We got the chicken stew bowl, jerk pork bowl, the jerk cauliflower & the cake and it all was a knockout.
