CARE Ambulance. Work

Care ambulance is the worst service for life saving care. My daughter suffered an overdose on July 92025. It took them nearly 45 minutes for them to Arrive. Once they arrived they nonchalantly took their time to come and help. And they proceeded to NOT ALLOW ME HER MOTHER to ride with her to the hospital. This was a mistake. I know now that if trouble ever arises again I have to take matters into my own hands. Shame on them for no compassion or empathy.

Absolutely unprofessional and DANGEROUS group of EMT's My 14 year old stepdaughter overdosed on benadryl, We were told an ambulance was in route and it would be 10 minutes, they didnt show up until 30 minutes after I called 911 and by then she was blue. When they arrived they nonchalantly exited their ambulance with no sense of urgency. My mother in law screamed at them to hurry up she was blue and wasn't breathing to which the female EMT threatened to have my mother in law arrested. They also instructed the mother of the juvenile patient that she could not ride with her daughter in the ambulance. Currently looking for a lawyer with full intention to sue.

Horrible demeanor towards patients and prone to make mistakes. This is not the line of service that should be making mistakes or driving around without due regard to others. They have been involved in way too many wrecks, but they respond to every emergency call. So, what can you do? I wish Phenix City had more options for emergency care and treatment :( Maybe require the EMT’s to be properly educated and trained? An EVOC refresher at least. Good driving is always a good place to start!

Don't call these ppl. Guy shows up to a little old ladies house arrogant. He came off rough. The young lady was quite. She seemed kind. The guy was aggressive. With love and kindness have I drawn thee, says the word of the Lord. If you can drive them to the hospital, please do so before you give this service a call or check into other services in the area. Not being disrespectful but being completely honest.

Terrible! These people sent my bill to collections but it's their fault my insurance didn't pay the bill! When my incident happened I showed them my identification with my last name on it. Well they sent a bill with my maiden name on it! Where did they get my maiden name because I never gave it to them. I talked to them several times, telling them to fix the last name & send the itemized bill & my insurance will gladly pay! They sent it to a third collection agency instead of fixing the errors & sending itemized bill so my insurance could pay the bill. Oh well!!!
