Carbone's Pizzeria

I love going to Carbone's pizzeria in Stillwater Minnesota. They have a potluck breakfast during the Vikings 8:30 a.m. European games. They give out free purple Jello shots every time the Minnesota Vikings score a touchdown during all season games. Kudos to the Jello shot girl, Jenna. Carbone's has top-notch pizza and they just added BBQ pork ribs as a special, $14.99. I always have a super fun time that Carbone's.

Listen- you want a low-carb salad, on a price scale (no offense crisp and greens but your lettuce prices are all the same) with dietary restrictions: no dairy, no chicken —- then guess what? For $12 you have the best chefs salad you ever seen. I prefer to order extra Italian dressing and jalapeños. I have a meal and a take home salad as this is ginormius. If you go during lunch it is only $9. Racheal the bartender has you covered with the best lunch (my faves: chef salad & a bloody- Bloody Mary not mix) and let’s not stop short of first, Jim- the owner. He will ensure you this is the finest Italian dining plane in Stillwater. Last and certainly not least is Kirke- she is the in Norwegian we call it … Det är det. I AM WRITNING IN ALL CAPS IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS AT THIS TIME I AM HERE ON JUNE 1 2025 at 4:30 pm I WOULD !!!!! WE HAD A LARGE PIZZA BUT THE SIZE OF A MEDIUM!!! THE WORKERS DID NOT ACCOMMODATE EITHER THE THE KITCHEN MANAGER AT THE TIME 🤬 I DID NOT LIKE THE SERVICE THEY WOULD NOT REMAKE THE PIZZA AT ALL THEY OFFERED A KIDS PIZZA TO MAKE UP AND THEY ALSO MEASURED THE PAN WHAT THEY HAVE THE DOUGH ON !!! LIKE COME ON GET REAL ACCOMMODATE FOR HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!! OH YEAH YOU SEE THE SIZE DIFFERENCE OF THE PIZZA PANS!!!! THESE WORKERS THAT WAS WORKING TODAY/NIGHT GOT SOME NERVE

WHAT HAPPENED??? We came Spring Valley WI, after Minster Jam at Us Bank Stadium, and came to one of our favorite places in the world, Carbonies , we all were so excited to eat at our favorite home town pizza restaurant. Sooo disappointed the Italian cheese bread did not even have butter on the underside, dry, very dry, the 2 lg pizza, well we tossed them both in the trash, crust so hard you could not chew it, 3 yes I said 3 pieces of sausage was a joke!!! Sorry but we will not be back, spend good money on food we though was worth the drive, and if we lived back in that great town of Stillwater again we would waste our time, maybe it was just that day but you need to do better a lot better, hate to loose Dutch a great spot to eat! Ordered online from the Stillwater location. Got a text that said order was received at 544pm.The pickup time on my confirmation said 603pm (doesn't say estimated, says ready for pickup at). Got there about 607pm, told the guy my name, he asked again what it is, then asked if it was an online order. I said yes and he shouted my name to the MANY people in the kitchen (although only looked like a few were actually doing anything). The one guy says it's not quite ready, will be a few minutes. 4 more people walked in for their pickup orders, one guy asked if they had bottled water- guy at the desk says idk,the bar might. Then a few mins later says we have it we just don't know where it is. Then a few mins later, comes out with 2 cold bottles of water...very odd. I waited as those 4 people, alo
