Carbone's Pizzeria - River Falls, WI

I can’t say enough of how much I appreciated the gentleman that was working. He saw I had crutches and before I even got out the gentleman came out and asked if I needed help. He was so nice. I’ve always loved Carbones and to have employees that provide such great customer service is so great.

Pizza was okay. They tipped it or pushed the box and it stopped abruptly and when I opened the box when I got back home and some of the toppings slid off the pizza. It was pretty disappointing to say the least. Also they told me they were completely out of pasta... every kind of it lol.... I think they just were too lazy on super bowl Sunday to make any. Considering they're 200ft from the grocery store it was out of laziness not stock.

We're not super picky but looking at other reviews I guess we're just unlucky. We ordered a meatball hoagie, hot dago and pizza fries last night. My husband was there a few minutes earlier than the time we were told it would be ready and it was already done. Got it home (we're less than 5 min away) and it was luke warm at best. Pizza fries were so salty they were barely edible. Tried dabbing the grease off, tried scraping the top but it was like someone opened a salt shaker and poured it on. The worst was my dago. I ate two small rows and a couple bites into the next row I noticed the texture was different. Almost soggy. It was on bread so thought it was the bread that was 'soggy' and at a couple more bites. Then noticed that the inside was completely raw. We're not talking a little

Don't order delivery! They don't have their own drivers and rely solely on Uber, which is not very prevalent in the area. It took almost 2 hours to receive my order and one of the employees delivered it on their way home from work. I praise the employee for going out of there way to deliver my order, but find it absolutely ridiculous that a major pizza chain can't hire a delivery driver especially in a college town.

This place and the staff here are amazing, I am a regular here and always get the best food from them! I would 100% recommend this place for some of the best food in town! I would get deliveries from here a good amount and the driver is always so friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough! Keep up the great work!
