Carbone's Pizza & Pub Minneapolis

Did not like the way my $10 7in one topping pizza looked. Barely any toppings on it with a lot of red sauce showing. Crust looked premade. Definitely not the quality that I’m used to. Manager complained about food cost, so I requested a refund. Manager advised he can not issue a refund till the next morning. Server was really nice. 50th and Xerxes is a way better Carbone’s.

Quite a disappointing experience tonight, 90% of the pizzas crust was burnt on the edges, and the bottom was hard and very crunchy with a slight burnt taste. Every other time I’ve gotten pizza here, the bottom crust is chewy and the edges will have a perfect crisp to it. There are no excuses to let a pizza like this make it out to a customer, really poor quality control.

Family friendly pizza, Italian, and American restaurant with a bar area, live music, and family dining area. Super friendly staff and good food. We started with the Italian toasted cheese bread, I also got a mango habanero cider, so good. And two of us at the table ordered their broasted chicken which is like a baked/roasted/broiled chicken which takes about 20 minutes. I couldn’t choose between white or dark meat so they recommended I got 4 pieces to try and have leftovers. I also got the salad and with mashed potatoes and I think turkey gravy. My sister in law got a turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes. My brother got the tri tip burger and my sister in law’s dad got another burger too. It was comfy and cozy and a great place for a meal. There’s a parking lot so easy to find parking.

Lively local restaurant/bar. Great summer patio and they frequently have live music. Love the pizzas, roasted chicken, Italian fries, and loaded jojos the most. Have done dine in, take out, and delivery and all are good. It has been my go to for over a decade

I love your spicy penni pasta. It tastes better than some of the high and italian restaurants. I tried venture and out and got the same dish.Somewhere else that tasted totally different.Wasn't that spicy or saucy?But this is really some good stuff.
