Carbon Taqueria

Very friendly service and decent tacos, but in the land of great tacos, they didn’t really stand out too much. The kind of taco you would take a family member that wants to try tacos but only eats at established restaurants and won’t go near a taco stand or truck. They have three salsas that are tasty, but not one was spicy. Again, perfect for that family member :) The real disappointment was their taco Tuesday menu. Confusing and doesn’t include their perceived namesake tacos, carne asada or arrachera which is likely the one’s cooked with al carbon. The ribeye is on the taco Tuesday menu, but can’t be combined with other meats so you have to order 3. My GF really wanted to try some of the other meats, so we didn’t get the rib eye. Tried Carbon Tacos for the first time on Taco Tuesday during lunch; quick wait, easy in and out. Got 2 prime steak tacos and you get a free one, so 3 total. For the amount of meat and the quality of steak, the price was great. They also tossed in an al pastor taco and it was delicious. Charcoal-cooked meat = that smoky flavor is on point. Great portions, great flavor, great price. Perfect Tuesday stop.

Amazing food, the adobada was delish. If you get the quesadilla I recommend without the pico. Staff and food were awesome

I love the tacos and bowls at Carbon the meat is top notch quality. My favorite is ordering prime rib tacos and carne asada bowl. The flavor is like no other taco place and the meat is fresh and juice. You can taste the fresh ingredients with very bite.

Easy parking in the garage in back. Food was excellent. Highly reccomend the quesadillas.
