Captain's BBQ

Food is excellent. New cashier in-training did great! Recommended by friends and they were right! Multiple people ate multiple meals. All were great! Good process for getting orders ready. We did not wait long once we ordered. It can get busy. Be patient. It is worth the wait. View of landing is good. Atmosphere is not their focus. Order. Get your drinks. Water outside. They will call you when your order is ready. Seating inside and out on screened porch. Worth the stop!

Amazing fast casual BBQ! Everything was cooked perfectly and mouth watering delicious. The views are incredible. The prices are reasonable. If you like BBQ you will love this place and must try it! Food was hot and fresh and was ready fast! Great for groups, solo and the perfect spot for a date night with the spectacular river views. In door and out door seating options. You can even opt for a to go container and sit right by the river in the park.

This place is amazing! Delicious BBQ and the service was incredible and so is the view outback. (We both got a combo). They were very busy for Valentine’s Day but we got our food fast. One of the employees gave us a free desert after I left a tip for being so busy and doing so great. If we ever visit here from down south again we will comeback to this place!

The ribs are the best of the meat! Also got the beef brisket and the pulled pork. Both were good. Nice smoke ring. Not a fan of the corn bread and smoked beans but they replaced the items we didn't like. The chocolate peanut cake was good.

Gluten Free options across the board. Do you know how exciting that is?!!! No worries AND they change gloves when handling Celiac. I got the Captains 2 meat, potatoes salad, and beat salad w/feta. Hubby got thr Friday meal and said the Tangy is out of this world. Delicious, laid back (like we LOVE it!). We'll be back with our kayaks for a lunch date!!
