This review is meant to help this business and to further training of staff in providing excellent customer service skills. Jan 29, 2026 Came in to order a combo meal and dessert. When entering I was met by the cashier who was talking loud and being child like with the cooks in the back. The cashier had a short nappy ponytail and a flat back. She was at first polite. I asked about the cheesecake they had and if it was good. She responded and said she tried it, but didn’t let me know if it was good or not. I decided to order a combo (not knowing it is not ebt eligible) my payment was accepted. She then changes her tone and attitude explaining that it was not an eligible purchase to pick another option off the menu. She refunded the money and I placed a new order that would be eligible for

On 1/1/26, we ordered 200 wings from this location. Multiple people complained that the meat tasted off. We returned 150 wings. The remaining 50 were kept only because people had already started eating from the pan. Mike, the manager, replaced only 100 wings even though 150 were returned. He refused to refund or replace the remaining 50 wings and stated that he does not do refunds. We were never offered the other 50 wings back or any form of compensation. This is unacceptable customer service. The product was clearly an issue, and the response did not fully resolve it. Being told to “call corporate” instead of fixing the problem on-site was disappointing. So I'll be calling corporate as requested.

This used to be the best fried chicken in this area. Nowhere chicken literally always seems like it needs to be cooked for 5-8 more minutes. I been begging them to fry it more done… they refuse to do it. Substatic on Wyoming from now on. Can’t stand no pink bones.

I ordered my food and everything was fine the cashier shorted me a dollar on my change so I told him he shorted me a dollar he went to the back and apparently his manager told him to count his entire draw out before giving me the dollar that he mistakenly left out however during this process my food is just sitting there getting cold while I'm waiting on him to count change dollars 20s all of these denominations and I asked him so does my food just gotta sit here and get cold while you count your entire register out to give me a dollar and he ignored me and finished counting out his drawer and then gave me a dollar and I left. Customer service is poor these days

Ordered 20 wings and they were terrible not only did they need to cook a few more minutes but they were old, probably chicken left over from the weekend or freezer burned. 30 dollars is too much to pay for something that will be put in the garbage.
