Oil needs to filtered out more regularly. Disgusting to receive fish with black specs on it (and no, it’s not black pepper or seasoning…I’ve been ordering from CD’s for years, never a problem until now). Was in a rush, no time to ask for a do-over. I used to work in fast food, especially the fryer, let’s do better people.

I ordered the two piece fish and fries. The fish was nice and crispy. I also enjoyed the hush puppies. The fries weren't hot though. I enjoyed the fish and hush puppies so much that I didn't complain about the fries. The price was also very reasonable. The only complaint I have is that it smells old inside. If they could renovate this place it would be nice. Also, we had to wipe off our table and seats because they were dirty.

The food was good and the service was great. However, the portions in the fish and chicken meal were so small. The two pieces of chicken looked like one small chicken tender cut in half and so did the two pieces of fish - it's like one filet was cut in half too make two pieces. I was thinking Long John Silvers sizes and it was literally half the size. It was like ordering one piece of fish and one piece of chicken there but almost $12!

I consistently order the same meal through the drive thru. Never had problem until tonight. Ordered 3 piece battered with double fries. Got home open container barely had any fries and only 2 pieces of fish. Partially my fault for not checking.

This place has really gone downhill. The cost has more than doubled so we do not get to order very often but tonight we did and the fish books like dried up breadsticks u can’t even chew it because the batter on it is so hard it will break your teeth I tried to remove the battered part but the inside isn’t much better it’s dry as can be, and the chicken is tough as rubber. Fries undercooked and the coleslaw taste soured. You have to do better if u want to stay open because there are plenty other restaurants that offer way better food for the same price. It’s a shame the employees (cooks) that you hire are going to end up costing you your business.
