Captain D's

First of all their was only 2 people working. The girl was running drive thru and front counter. And the guy was cooking and making orders by his self. The manager came from the back turned around and left them again. Orders were sitting on the table waiting to be bagged up. Now I waited 10 minutes to get my order taken and then waited another 20 minutes for my order. The girl was doing the best she could so I don't blame her or the other worker cooking. I blame the manager because, he should be up front taking care of customers. This is my worst experience at this location. Got to do better!

I have never experienced the service I got at Captain D’S tonight awful. Jacob his name told me that this fish is expectable for $15. There was nothing he could do. He did not offer to recook. Did not offer to add extra or nothing. Fish looks like it has been cut in half. Oh and it supposed to be Catfish. Another employee said it was catfish but it was not cooked and dipped right, so she offered to cook more fish. I’m going out to my car with the food that wasn’t right to get my phone so I can take a picture. This Jacob dude follows behind me heading out towards the door and said hey you need to give that food back in order for me to cook more. I took that bag and threw it on the counter and it hit the floor. The night manager comes from the back saying I will give you your money back a

Let Me say, this was my first and last visit to tour establishment. I Ordered a fish sandwich with cheese and fries. This is what my husband brought home. The Photos speak for themselves Your lettuce is welted and browning The fries were hard What’s up with this fish though!!! I threw it away What a waste!!!!

It’s a repeat of disrespect and awful customer service from employees, Bridgette and Abby! They act like they don’t want to serve food to you any kind of way, have attitude all the time, and now it’s a joke when I wanted to order food and nooone was inside to take order because they have to be outside leaving other employees to carry the busy load. It was so funny when I said nooone was inside to take my order. All of the girls thought it was so funny! They have got to do better. They make you feel like your money is not green like other customers!!!

Food was good but I noticed the floor of the prep area was a mess. They were not that busy at the time and someone should of cleaned it. If a worker slipped in and fell you would have a lawsuit on your hands.
