Very friendly service. Please bring back the fish n fries the way it use to be. Fish was swai and batter was different and not as good as back in the day. Food was hot and okay, but really like what it use to be. Not a fan of this change.

I would give 0 stars if I could!! PLEASE DO NOT eat here! This location is serving spoiled and expired food! They gave my mom a batch of shrimp skewers that had gone bad and soured. She could’ve got food poisoning. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!

I stopped going to Capt Ds in Memphis several years ago, out of 3 of the stores there they all sucked, greasy as all get out, stank, employees didn’t want to be there. Now I’m working in South haven and thought I would give it a shot, WOW the Southhaven store would be worth an hours drive. I bet I have been 7 or 8 times in the last 2 month’s and it’s been awesome every single time. HIGH FIVE 🙌 to the South Haven Captn Ds. Y’all got it together.

Everything was cold. The fries were hard, and the fish/breading has completely changed. It’s not what it used to be even from just a few months ago. I would not recommend.

4/26/2024 1630 I was extremely busy at work but that didn't stop me from thinking; my stomach was screaming for Captain D's since the place was eight minutes away from my job. The food that I received today was hot and ready but at the same time I had to finish the plate before the end of my lunch break. I enjoyed my Fish and Chips and of course the hush puppies despite the wind being aggressive with paper plate with the sunlight burning my neck. I wanted to get another plate but maybe I'll get one some other day.
