I was so looking forward to my meal, it taste great. But the portion sizes are pathetic. This is literally a fry on top of the fish filet for size. Sad.

Fried fish was awesome. Along with the sides and sweet tea.

The cashiers are not attentive. They have Poor attitudes, they don't move in a haste, and are very unprofessional. They need to be restrained. CAPTAIN DS Cater to alot of seniors, so who would want their grandparents or parents being served by someone with such low quality hospitality. Retrain your front line cashiers / servers!

For Starters, My food was very fresh and tasty but I do also want to add that I received some of the best customer service from Zach he was very nice and helpful.

This place should be closed down permanently. I have ordered from here twice and both times were horrible experiences. Each time, my food took an hour to be served and it was cold. The second time, I also had hair in my food. This restaurant is like a training restaurant and it will eventually cost the public health issues if it has not done so already.
