Captain D's

Got lucky and decided to eat here on a Wednesday. It is senior citizen day and we saw lots of them. Stepped right to the counter to order. Everyone was friendly. Food came quickly and tasted good. The floor was a little slick, so be careful walking around.

I went to Captain D's today and ordered a Shrimp and Fish Plate with 2 sides of your chosing , I chose Fries and Slaw. It also came with Hush Puppies. We also got a 10 Piece Shrimp Plate with Fries and Slaw. It also came with Hush Puppies. Everything was piping Hot and Tasted Really Good. Thanks for All Their Hard Work ! And THANKS AGAIN !

Why in the world does it take so long to get your food at this location? If you are in a hurry and want something fast, this is not the place. Average wait time is 30 minutes or longer.

I had a hankering for some fish, so I stopped in for a 3pc with fries & okra as my 2 sides. I also got a side of fried clam strips. I saw the photo of a plate of clam strips that looked so good on the back of the cash register. My fish was excellent but my clam strips were well done & overcooked. Not only that but what I got was nowhere close to the photo. I couldn't eat them because they were so hard, crunchy & missing the clams. I threw half of them away if you see my photo of the shrimp 🍤 which were delicious, & the clam strips there wasn't much there to start with. My meal was great with that lone exception. I know I won't order clams again. I will be back for more fish.

I was so excited to go eat at captain d”s since it’s been a really long time since I’ve been. It has majorly declined for wasn’t that good it messed up mine and 4 other stomach . I would not recommend
