Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

My first time at Capriotti's. I ordered a medium roast beef sub and it was excellent. Too big to eat in one sitting, so I took half home. It was loaded with roast beef and unlike some places, they don't skimp on the tomatoes and pickles. The bread is also very fresh and tasty. The service is friendly and they have a great sense of humor. They yell "beer money" when someone gives them a tip. The atmosphere would have just been a 3 for the normal, wood tables and chairs sandwich joint, but they get a 4 for being funny and friendly. I will definitely eat here again and highly recommend Capriotti's!

Got the signature Cheesesteak sandwich with added hot & sweet peppers. Sooo good! Very tasty sandwich with good bread and good ratio of bread to filling ratio. Flavor of the meat, cheeses and peppers was all really good! Definitely recommend 👌

So we tried this place today after getting several recommendations from friends. We walked in at 20 to close and were told hey we are closing down and so we are only doing cold sandwiches. They had already turned off the grill and put up all the chairs. We were getting our subs to go. The guy at the counter was nice but the lady in there was obviously annoyed that we came in. She marched past us and yanked the chain on the open sign turning it off at 7 min till 8. Then they made my husband’s sandwich wrong he asked for no onions but there were tons. It was ruined. My sandwich the Bobbi was great in theory until I was stabbed by a giant bone spear. Yeah no thanks. This was a terrible experience. Your customers are not inconveniences, guys. Boo. Do better.

Great sandwiches! I had the chicken bacon ranch and it was amazing! Hubby had a salad and he enjoyed it too. The service was fast and friendly.

Gave the service 2 stars because they were friendly. Overall a one star experience. Took 18 minutes to make one mini. No drinks. No sides. Not busy. One person ordered in front of me and one was waiting. They need to learn to multi task. The ones before me were heated. Mine was cold. I watched my bread sit the entire time on the counter while employees stood around and waited to the heated ones. Left with disappointment and sadness. And frankly $7.99 was too much. Was just passing through. Will it be back.
