OK let's start off by saying don't believe everything you hear.. This spot was a disappointment. All the tables were dirty. Also the flies..... omg so many flies. Someone needs to call the health department. The sandwich wasn't worth the price... I'm willing to pay for good food but never again coming here. We wanted to dine-in but couldn't because no tables were clean.

My mom and I got the Bobbie cold and the cheesesteak sandwiches. You can’t go wrong and capriottis is usually good. Currently you shouldn’t order the fries when they’re busy. It’ll slow you order down a lot. Our sandwiches were ready 15 min before our fries. The fries were good though. Also my mom’s Bobbie had several turkey bones in it. Service was rushed to put in your order and older ( not out of/in high school age) lady was doing good at keeping the younger girls calm. And I believe a guy who was the manager(because he was wearing a different colored shirt) did really well at pointing out orders that had exclusions or extras on it for the employees that missed it. This was mid March about 2 weeks ago. Everything thing was clean and I understand it’s a new store but until they figure it

We ordered an Italian, all I could taste was black pepper. The capastrami had far to much mayo in the cole slaw, and again that's all you can taste. The Bobbie again was covered in mayo, and the stuffing was very very salty. Yuk!! The brownie cookie was the only thing we liked. This was a business lunch, and we agree this food was the worst! I would never recommend this Capriottis!

Stopped in for a “mini” sandwich before my 3pm meeting. I ordered at 1:57 I got my mini sandwich at 2:48! Almost all tables were full with no food. All to go orders were backed up at the counter. I’m obviously late for my biz meeting. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here. It’s always busy and chaotic. Please do better.

Great food, increased meats so now they are perfect. Always complete orders with accurate additions and omissions per our request. Cheesesteaks are as close as you can get to the east coast...and I'm from Philly.
