Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

First time at this sandwich shop and I ordered the Cole turkey which is turkey, cheese, Russian dressing, coleslaw and mayonnaise. The bread was cold and very doughy. The turkey was not a cold cut but was fresh but minimal meat which was same story for coleslaw. If you like an abundance of meat this shop is not for you. Basically a very doughy roll with some meat and splash of Cole slaw. Wife had the chopped Italian salad which was a better purchase for just under $9, Italian cold cuts, romaine lettuce and some arugula, BUT the salad had some large pieces of everything. If it was chopped appropriately would've been better. Just untrained help in kitchen. I probably won't come back here as not cheap, roll was not light and airy good like a Jersey Mike sub and salad wasn't half as good as ch

Super friendly staff, cool decor, and delicious food. I had an Italian sub and fries loaded with pastrami and coleslaw. What a great flavor!

My family and I thought we would try this place since we heard so much buzz about their sandwiches. We ordered two cheesesteak sandwiches one without mushrooms and with sweet peppers and the other regular. We also ordered a turkey sandwich. The cheesesteaks lacked in toppings, cheese and moisture, it was almost like having steak on a soft baguette. The turkey sandwich was also very dry and while the turkey is definitely hand pulled as described, biting into a bone was not very fun. The only thing that made this review 2stars was the price for the size of sandwich and the soft bread. Also, they have a service fee of max $10 if you choose delivery on the website, and they say the tip goes to the driver if you do it on the website but they use DoorDash to deliver and we found that that is n

I have ordered several times now since they opened, and it has always been delicious!!~ the sandwiches I've had several different they were all the bomb!! REAL TURKEY SANDWICHES!! The loaded fries are to die for! Super friendly service too, so glad they opened up so close to me! Come to think of it, I think I'll order dinner there tonight!!

I'm giving a 3 out of 5 and will return when they work their kinks out. My sandwich was great as I received it as soon as it was prepared. Hot and delicious! My fries however were cold because they were sitting at the ready station the whole time that my sandwich was being prepared. They would've have been really good had they had been hot, but alas they were not. Service was excellent and everyone in there was nice, I think they will do well eventually.
