Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

I was raised southwest of Philadelphia so I know what hoagies and cheese steaks should taste like. I never thought I would find one like back home until I found Capriotti's has shops here! I knew they were started in Delaware and was glad to see the name! I was in heaven....my cheese steak was perfectly made the way I like it, loaded with meat. yumm!! I also bought an Italian Hoagie/Sub....there was so much meat on it!! Another...sighhh...perfect. If you want to know what a Philly cheese steak tastes like, go to Capriotti's. Can't wait to go back!!

I ordered a couple of plant-based sandwiches for delivery, and I am so impressed with the service! One of the sandwiches came with a side of marinara that had a handwritten note taped to it explaining that the sauce contains beef. As a vegan, I was incredibly grateful for that. To the employee who took the time to do that, you’re awesome!

The best cheesesteak I have ever had. lots of meat and flavor. Love the fact it has mushrooms. But a bit expensive for just a sandwich.

I was online searching for a sub shop that possibly had vegetarian or plant based options. I was so excited to find that this place had what I was craving a version of steak! Before I ventured out, I received an advertised $2 discount option and a perk for a small free sub. There were instructions on how to receive the sub. Upon attempting to complete the order on line, I received a message stating the online order option wasn’t available. I did however receive a discount code of which I presented to the person taking my order at the sub-shop. I was told it could not be honored. I then proceeded to ask questions regarding the sizes and prices of the two subs I was looking to purchase. I received pointing and an abrupt explanation of my question to my surprise! I first came across this sandwich shop by accident, I was hungry and my co-worker said let’s try this place, So I got a stk and cheese sandwich ole school w/extra meat. For me I didn’t need the extra meat as the sandwich was over flowing with this deliciousness. I go home and tell the family about this mouth watering meal and we decided to order sandwiches for dinner the next day. My mother ordered the Bobby ( it’s a turkey, dressing and cranberry delight) My sister wanted the Stk & Cheese like I had the day before. I dove in ordering The French Dip (w/ grilled onions and extra Swiss) My oh My the Au Jus was great. Thank you Guys for a great dinner!
