The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is SOOO welcoming and relaxed. The tone was set by the wonderful staffer Linda who greeted me as though I were family! She had great conversation after she made my complicated order suuuper smooth and easy. I knew the food was AMAZING and I’m celebrating the fact that the staff is equally as amazing. My husband just got home with our pick up order from Capriottis and I’m so mad!!!!😡 I ordered a homemade turkey and it looks like they were close to out of turkey, but didn’t have the energy to tell me that. The sub is essentially a lettuce and onion sub

Bought $15 Eight inch Roast Beef Sub… chintzy on the Roast Beef especially for $15… lacking taste… roll fresh but a bit doughy ( personal preference)… will not go back… weak effort imo

my awesome customer service was at the Easton Md location..the food was great and a much better experience at this location,than the experience I had at the Kent island location.i will never visit that location again..i would post pictures on here,but i don’t see where to do that.but I did post on facebook the pictures and experience..thanks again for the great food at the Easton Md Capriotti’s and the staff delivered a positive customer service experience along with a great sub(I ordered 2 cheesesteaks)😋😋
