Caprese New York Pizza & Pasta

Food and hospitality was great! I highly recommend trying out the garlic knots. They are delicious! The flavor and quality of my four cheese ravioli topped with Alfredo sauce was delicious. The pricing is reasonable, and the food is great! Will be back again. ❤️

The New York style pizza here is actually really great. Tried it 2x this week to confirm the consistency. The cheese, saunce and the dough is great. The first try it had a bit of a flop, but the second time it was firm and crispy like a true NY slice. This is going to be my go to for NY style pizza in the area. Pictures don't do it justice.

Abysmal quality at the buffet, pasta was crunchy from sitting, pizza was wet like a mop, was told their buffet was 8$ with drinks included, later to find out (asked for the check after less than 5 mins because could not eat the food) I was charged double $16, manager apologized and even the original person that relayed the message said she was wrong and apologized, manager called owner and no resolution of course, reputation was worth the 7$ was it? I was going to hold back on the review, but blatantly stealing is unnacceptable!

Had a packed schedule and couldn’t stay to dine in, but I’m glad I made time to swing by Caprese New York Pizza & Pasta. I grabbed a large pepperoni pizza to go, and it absolutely hit the mark. The crust was perfectly crunchy ( I asked the cook to keep it a bit longer) and not soggy like some places. The cheese had great flavor without being greasy. You can tell they care about quality here. The server who took my order was upbeat and courteous, which made the quick stop even better. As someone who’s constantly on the move showing properties and meeting clients, I’m always looking for reliable spots to recommend and this one’s going on the list. I’ll definitely be back when I have time to sit down and enjoy the full experience.

This was my first time visiting this place, and I have to say the initial impression was very positive. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the host was friendly and attentive, which immediately gave me a good feeling about trying them out. I placed a carryout order for a large pizza and asked for something simple, just cheese and pepperoni, but with no red sauce. The cashier listened carefully, and even repeated my request back to me to confirm, which I really appreciated. That extra attention to detail made me feel confident that the order would be correct. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the box, the pizza was made with heavy red sauce.
