Capitol Burger

Absolutely loved Capital Burgers! They offer both burgers and tacos, the best of both worlds! We tried their barbacoa, pastor, shrimp and Asada taco. We really liked them. The pastor is a different flavor than what we’re used to so it wasn’t our favorite. The burgers were the best part, we shared a Diablo burger and it was great! As far as parking is concerned, that’s somewhat limited but we parked by the car wash. The owner is always super friendly and provided great customer service. We will definitely be back, and recommend you give them a try!

I've eaten here before. It was good, I was excited to try it again. Tonight was foul. I am allergic to gluten (no bun on burger, not a big deal) I wrote it in the notes of the order and confirmed verbally no bun and i'm allergic. I get home, there's a bun (can't eat it).Also was only a single when I ordered a double. Also had everything on it when I ordered it plain. I also got wings. terrible, fries were the soggiest things i've ever seen. (i ordered 3 fries and got 1?) After waiting 30 minutes in a shady gas station and spending $80 you're kidding me. I will give him credit for saying he will remake it but after waiting 30 minutes i'm not driving another 30 minute round trip for this.

So good! New burger joint for us! Burgers were made to perfection and exactly to order. The seasoning on the meat was so delicious as were the ingredients, fresh and tasty! One thing I couldn't believe was that the fries were still hot to the last one! Fries usually taper off as they cool, but these fries never cooled. Maybe they're nuclear lol but seriously, so friggin good and delicious. My wife is SO picky to the point of annoying, and even she said that Capitol Burger is our new GO-TO Burger Joint!!! She is currently going into a food coma as I write this 😴

Surprisingly good tacos for a burger spot! The tacos were packed with flavor, generously filled, and definitely worth the price. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and the portions are solid. Friendly staff and quick service too. If you’re at Capitol Burger and craving tacos instead of a burger, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I drove all the way from Pflugerville to South Austin (about a 40-minute drive) after a friend recommended Capitol Burgers, and it was so worth it! The burgers were huge, juicy, and packed with flavor — you can really taste the quality. The fries were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and plenty to share. Everything came out hot and fresh, and you can tell they take pride in their food. Definitely one of the best burger spots we’ve tried in Austin! We’ll happily make the drive again.
